These terms outline the conditions of service, payment, and responsibilities for both the customer and our business. We strive to provide top-quality services, and these terms are designed to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
1. Bookings & Appointments

Appointments for our services must be booked in advance via our official booking channels (website, phone, or email). You will receive a confirmation email or message with the scheduled time and details of your service.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is clean and free of excess debris (such as trash or personal items) before the service begins. Swift Detailing is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

To help provide a more accurate price estimate, we encourage customers to send pictures of their vehicle before booking. This can help us assess the level of service needed and ensure a more precise quote.
2. Service Area and Liability

We offer mobile services within a defined geographic area. If your location is outside our standard service area, additional charges may apply or we may not be able to fulfil the booking request. Please confirm your location when booking to avoid any confusion.

The vehicle must be accessible at the agreed time and location. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is in a suitable position for us to perform the service. We must be able to open all doors so we have enough room to work with. We will not work on vehicles on a single street or main road. If we are unable to access the vehicle due to it being blocked or parked in an inconvenient location, additional charges may apply for rescheduling the appointment.

We will take every precaution to avoid any damage to your vehicle, using industry-standard techniques and products. However, the customer is responsible for informing us of any pre-existing damage, sensitive areas, or special requirements regarding the vehicle. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage.

While we take every precaution to ensure a thorough clean, certain stains, marks, or imperfections may not be fully removable.

We are not responsible for damage caused by faulty vehicle components or previous poor repairs.
3. Payments and Cancellations

Cancellations and changes to your booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide notice within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly via the booking method used.

Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of booking. We accept payments via cash, bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods. A receipt will be provided upon payment.
4. Weather and unforeseen circumstances

If extreme weather conditions prevent us from carrying out your booking (e.g., heavy rain, snow, or extreme heat), we will reschedule at no extra cost.

We will notify you if weather conditions prevent us from performing the service.

If unforeseen circumstances cause Swift Detailing to cancel an appointment, any payment will be refunded or rescheduled.
5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide access to a safe working area for our valeting or detailing services to be carried out.

If your vehicle is blocked, inaccessible, or not available at the agreed time, additional charges may apply for rescheduling.

Please ensure the vehicle is free of personal items or excessive debris; if we need to remove personal belongings or handle excess clutter, an additional fee may apply.
6. Additional Charges and Service Limitations.

We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle’s condition presents safety concerns.

If the vehicle's interior is heavily soiled with dirt, pet hair, or mould, additional charges will apply.

Certain conditions, such as extreme dirt or heavy contamination, may limit the results of the service.
7. Social Media

From time to time, we may take photographs of our work for use on our social media platforms and website. We will always cover the number plates of vehicles and never disclose the location. If you do not want us to use these photographs, please let us know.
